Review of Georgia’s Picture Perfect Rooms Hotels

Rooms Hotel Kazbegi Balcony View and Patio Review

We had no idea what the hotels in Georgia (the country) would be like.  A friend who’d been to Georgia told us about this fabulous hotel, Rooms Hotel Kazbegi, which pretty much left her speechless.  So of course, we had to stay there.  We were even more excited to learn that Rooms Hotel has a second property, Rooms Hotel Tbilisi.  We stayed at a total of five hotels in the country of Georgia and the two Rooms Hotels get our best reviews.

Review Viking River Cruises Ship in Wachau Valley

When we announced we were going to be taking our very first cruise, and that it would be with Viking River Cruises, we learned there are quite a few of you who are really interested in taking a river cruise with Viking River Cruises but haven’t pulled the trigger yet.  A lot of you had questions about the rooms, the excursions, the food, and if non-ocean cruisers would enjoy river cruising.  After our eight-day European river cruise with Viking River Cruises, during which we cruised along the blue Danube and visited European Christmas markets, we are ready to answer all your questions and provide our review of Viking River Cruises.

Hotel Review: Central California’s Radisson Santa Maria

Radisson Santa Maria

We were recently invited by Club Carlson to stay at one of their hotels, so we chose to enjoy a weekend getaway to Santa Maria in Central California and stay at the Radisson Santa Maria.  When I was researching which property we would visit, I was impressed to find the Radisson Santa Maria was listed number one of 20 hotels in the city on TripAdvisor.  I was also intrigued that some of the prime rooms have runway views.

ICEHOTEL Entrance Sweden
Welcome to Sweden's ICEHOTEL.
Almost everybody has heard of the famous ICEHOTEL.  For many, a night in Sweden’s ICEHOTEL is a once in a lifetime experience—though there are a few who don’t understand the appeal of sleeping on a bed of ice in below freezing temperatures.  However, if you’ve never stayed in an ice hotel, you might not know very much about the realities of sleeping in a hotel entirely made of ice.

Hotel Review: Ribe Byferie Holiday Homes

Ribe Byferie Holiday Cottages Denmark

While we were traveling through Denmark we discovered a different kind of traveler accommodation, the holiday home or holiday cottage.  We learned the Danes holiday in a few different ways.  Sometimes they stay in hotels, sometimes they camp, and sometimes they stay in holiday homes or cottages like those at Ribe Byferie.  While we visited Ribe we stayed in one of Ribe Byferie’s holiday homes so we could experience a Danish holiday.
